Winter Trails Festival

With December moving along quickly the members of the CWTA have more on their mind than just Christmas. Join us this Saturday the 17th as we celebrate the success of our winter trail system at the Nordic Center on Casper Mountain. With nearly six miles of singletrack, four season, multi-use trail built and established in the last couple years, we want to show it off.

Join us as we celebrate all disciplines of the wonderful trail system our hometown hill has to offer. With clinic offering such as snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and biathlon, fat biking, and ski waxing we will bring our vast plethora of user groups together to educate one another and focus on the etiquette needed to make such a unique trail system thrive. We will also have guest speakers from the State Parks Department, the Natrona County Parks Department, and the Bureau of Land Management to share future hopes and plans. The afternoon will consist of product demos and kids chariot races, leading into an evening of group rides, hikes, and skis. We will finish off the day with a night time social where we will enjoy beer, food, and music.

This event is sure to be fun for the entire family, so come on up for the whole day, the morning, or an hour here and there. We will also be selling our freshly printed CWTA shirts, with all proceeds going straight back into the trails you know and love.
