CWTA Board Meeting with Public Guests

• Introduce Tammy and Brady Owens regarding the Bates Hole Management Plan
  • Public Comments on travel and transportation management issues (discussion)
    • Discussing motorized vs non
    • What to keep, what not to keep, what to limit
    • Easier access, our opinion
    • BLM resources bottom of page two, (ecfr.gov)
  • Varying terrain, good flow, direction of travel
  • Need a plan, work together
    • How to get there?
      • Multiple voices,
      • Weight of the organization
      • Problem areas, bad trails etc.

      • People are taking shots at us and biathlon, need unified voice wanting to build smart trails that are planned and organized, new leadership can be vulnerable.
